All products sold by Hydraviq are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. 2. Product Quality
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives defective or malfunctions, we offer a full 100% refund or replacement. To help us resolve this promptly, please inspect the packaging upon arrival. If any damage is visible—even just to the box—note it on the delivery receipt. If you couldn’t open the package immediately and suspect damage, mark “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. Then, email photos of the damage to support@hydraviq.com so we can expedite your replacement or refund.
3. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
The manufacturer’s warranty typically covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. However, coverage may be excluded for damage due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear and tear. 5. Shipping & Labor Responsibilities
Unless otherwise stated, shipping the product back to us for evaluation is your responsibility. If a repair or replacement is approved, shipping for the new item may be covered by us. Labor or installation costs are not covered under standard warranties.
6. Transferring Your Warranty
