Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set forth the payment requirements and procedures between Hydraviq (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

  • Prices: All prices are displayed in USD and may change without prior notice.

  • Taxes & Fees: Unless otherwise stated, listed prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or charges.

2.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner’s Club, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay

2.3 Payment Due

  • One-Time Purchases: Payment is required at checkout.

  • Subscriptions: Payment is due on the first day of each month.

3. Invoicing

  • Issuance: Invoices are generated upon order completion.

  • Delivery: Invoices are sent electronically to the email provided.

  • Customer Responsibility: You must ensure all billing details are accurate and current.

4. Late Payments

  • Interest: Overdue balances will accrue interest at 5% per month.

  • Suspension: Services may be suspended or terminated if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date.

  • Reinstatement: Services resume once all overdue amounts, including late fees, are paid.

5. Disputed Charges

Disputes must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the invoice date to support@hydraviq.com, including the invoice number and dispute details. We will investigate and resolve promptly.

6. Refunds & Credits

Refunds or credits will be processed per our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST, etc.). Valid tax exemption certificates must be provided at the time of purchase.

8. Billing Errors

  • Corrections: Errors will be corrected as soon as identified.

  • Overcharges: Refunded or credited promptly.

  • Undercharges: Invoiced to the Customer.

9. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

9.1 Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

  • Reminder emails may be sent prior to renewal.

9.2 Cancellation

  • Written notice must be given at least 30 days before the current billing cycle ends.

  • Access to services continues until the end of the paid period.

10. Payment Security

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify. We do not store card information. Payments are protected by SSL encryption, and processors are PCI DSS compliant.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Billing Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on hydraviq.com. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Cap on Liability: Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts within the USA.

15. Entire Agreement

These Billing Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Hydraviq regarding billing matters and replace any prior agreements.
