Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Standard delivery in the USA typically takes 4–7 business days.

  • Any exceptions or delays will be noted on the product page.

Returns & Refunds

  • You have 30 days from delivery to return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

  • Defective items: return shipping is covered by Hydraviq.

  • Returns for other reasons: customer covers shipping.
